I have the Canon EOS Rebel T3i and I love my camera! In fact this summer I took photography classes at a Best Buy retail location and learned so much about how to get more from the camera. My Take:

One of the hardest places to capture a still shot or video is on something moving, this is type of camera you want if you are at an amusement park and want to capture that look of horror on your friends faces as a roller coaster descends, or that moment when you are swooshing down a ski slope to capture the scenery gliding by as you whiz past it!

As many of you have already guessed from my recent posts both here and across my Social Media sites, I am on the hunt for a new Digital Camera. Don't get me wrong, my first 'real' Digital Camera is an Olympus that I love, love, love, it's compact, sturdy (over the years it has withstood quite a few steep falls and is still ticking), and it takes way better pictures than any mobile device I've tried.

Instagram pictures from events will always have their place to share information when I am at an event or conference and don't have time or access for a full post. Not to mention, those important memories are ones that you will want to share and even enlarge and frame, and very few smart phone photos are of sufficient optical quality to be able to enlarge them without them becoming blurry, pixelated and for all intensive purposes, useless.
