Monday Motivation: The put some pep in your summer step with @NaturalizerShoe Bzees Summer Fun Lightweight #Shoe

I know Fitness can get to be a bit routine at times, but with summer in full swing, you can get your heart rate up in ways that don't have to be routine at all, hop off the treadmill today and take a brisk walk OUTDOORS! Mix things up by taking a route that is new to you! Do you have a park or beach nearby? Those would be my top two choices, allowing you to get in a good walk and be closer to nature at the same time.

The folks at Naturalizer put some pep in my summer step with their 'BZEES Summer Fun' slip on shoe in the color 'Tomato Red Mesh'. A bright Orange/Red color that I have been living in all summer.

CONS:

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ - I was sent the wrong size, with Naturalizer I am usually true to size, but with these I would have preferred a half size up (they press into my ankle bone a bit), Naturalizer also runs a bit narrow which is why I always order the Wide option in any of their shoe styles, but sadly I wasn't sent the Wide, I was sent the Medium so these were a little bit uncomfortable on me. But if you have a narrow foot, my con would certainly be your PRO.

MY TAKE:

If these had been sent in the right width they would get a 100% reco from me, but my pair were a bit too narrow for my liking. I do love that they are so lightweight, and slip on and off so easily, and they offer more foot support than a casual slip on would normally offer which is a definite plus. The mesh upper is stretch which is great when your feet swell. Now these are not runners shoes, but are great for walking, and do offer support which is rare in a slip on style.

These boots with the feminine back lace up detail are the absolute perfect height to make them both fashionable yet extremely comfortable for all day wear! I took them in both the wide width and wide shaft option as I have wide calves and these fit PERFECTLY! They are true to size (no need to size up) and do really go over wide calves!

 My Take:

I'm a long time Naturalizer lover and used to work very close to the location that this event was held, so I would visit that particular store often. These boots match perfectly with my new black leather jacket from Wilsons Leather! These boots pair just as well with skinny jeans as they do with skirts and dresses. They are not so high you feel like you are teetering, and they are not so low that they are overly casual.

I have always loved that Naturalizer offered wide width shoes in a wide variety (as many wide width shoe lovers know, you always find out the hard way that not all styles are available in wide widths) and the fact that they offer wide shaft boots, makes Naturalizer the first name that comes to mind when I'm in the market for something new! The Naturalizer Ilaz style also caught my eye! (It gets honorable mention, I'm thinking of going back for that one!)

What's Your 'Song in Your Head' Today?

I have been riding the wave of some amazing energy lately! I've attended some really fun events, scored some killer deals, and even tried on a FAB designer dress 4 sizes smaller than I expected (over pants by the way) and it looked fierce!

Lately I have been feeling like I am walking on sunshine, what's the 'song in your head' today? We all know how much our thoughts and our self talk can affect our outlook! So too can our entertainment!

The positive energy in my life lately has been creating more positive energy, and more noticeably positive self talk. I am quite aware that the best way to sustain this positive energy is to continue to fill my thoughts with positive thoughts, be it by daily affirmations, meditation, and even by positive music!

Even finding the photo above made me smile!

 

Today's Words of Inspiration'

 

Use 'Today's Words of Inspiration' as a breathing meditation to still your mind, quiet your thoughts and bring in positive energy. As you inhale bring in only positive energy by saying in your mind, I breathe in positive energy (or you can say creative energy if that is what you wish to create more of) and as you exhale, Affirm out loud 'I'm walking on sunshine and today I vow to feel good!'

Spend some time each day enjoying focused breathing AND soul guided meditative visualization, in doing so, you can bring about profound and powerful changes in your life.

Visualize yourself manifesting something unique, guided by universal forces that emerge spontaneously from within your soul. Do this at least twice today and see how by taking a moment away from the hectic pace and breathing in positive energy and affirming what you wish to create, your thinking will become different.

Remember, attitude really does determine altitude.

My Take:

I can't think of a better combination than Naturalizer and Silver Linings! My new Array Boots are truly where fashion and function meet. They are super stylish AND super comfortable! I have wide calves and the rear elastic panel means they go up and stay up and do not choke my calves! I love the height, they are not too high, ensuring all day comfort, but do have enough of a heel to allow for both work and play!

I think the insoles are fab! They stay put, and can both prevent and eliminate any existing odor in your shoes. And many time with boots and heels, nylons and socks can sometimes make them un-comfortable. These insoles allow you to eliminate the need for socks or stockings and not have to worry about slippage, sliding forward so much your toes hurt or odor if your feet are prone to sweating in snug or warm shoes and boots!
