Today I had the pleasure of attending a Panera Bread Baking Event in New York City headed by Tom Gumpel, Panera's Head Baker! Here he is during a demonstration making a super delish Bread Pudding! More details to follow, but I thought this would make a perfect Wordless Wednesday Picture!
