The online service is amazingly fast, and there are customer reviews available for the products so you can get real customer feedback and ideas regarding sizing! And whether I shop at one of their many retail locations, or I choose to shop online, I know I'm getting a great deal coupled with amazing quality.

My Take

I love this bag, it's sophisticated, stylish, well constructed, and very nicely designed. This is the bag you take to that big meeting, and then it will take you effortlessly into evening because it's not a huge satchel, it's very much structured!

This is the bag mom may not ask you for, but she definitely wants! I'd recommend tucking a gift card to her favorite restaurant in one of the card slots......(you do want to be mom's favorite don't you?) ;)

Only bad thing ladies, is you will definitely want one in every color! The good thing is, at these prices you can afford to and not feel guilty!
