As I don't own a house or a fireplace for that matter, I won't be roasting any chestnuts on an open fire this holiday season. However, as an apartment dweller in the North East United States, I can be pretty much assured that Jack Frost will be nipping at my nose!

My Take:
Since our rental unit is not wired for an electric stove, I am totally leaning toward the Whirlpool model as I'm restricted to sticking with a Gas model for now. But I love just how feature rich the Gas model is so I won't feel like I am sacrificing or giving up features I would like just because I am currently restricted to Gas.

ReplyDeleteYes!!! In fact... I have one, electric though, and I love it! I wish I had gas, it is the only thing I don't love about my new kitchen, but unfortunately, the entire neighborhood lacks gas lines. I'd recommend it for anyone- even doing everyday dinner is so much simpler.

ReplyDeleteWe don't have a free standing stove in our home. We have a whirlpool gas stove top and I've been very happy with it.
ReplyDeleteI'd have pies in the one oven while the other made dinner (I'm thinking of Thanksgiving). That's some really great features for a stove, but it's that double oven that sells me.
