Thursday, July 09, 2009 - Today's Words of Inspiration
I have many daily sources of inspiration, one day I will take the time to list them, a directory of happiness of sorts. I make it a strong point to get happiness in my inbox as well. Newsletters that fill me with inspiration and make opening emails a pleasure instead of a chore.

Wednesday, July 08, 2009 - Today's Words of Inspiration
My apologies but I was working super hard to coordinate the TWO amazing giveaways and product reviews we are featuring this week! Not to mention the summer of surprises to come!
Use Today's Words of Inspiration as a breathing meditation to still your mind, quiet your thoughts and bring in positive energy. As you inhale bring in only positive energy by saying in your mind, I breathe in positive energy (or you can say creative energy if that is what you wish to create more of) and as you exhale, Affirm out loud today 'I visualize my goals and desires clearly, and make them manifest'.
Visualize yourself manifesting something unique, guided by universal forces that emerge spontaneously from within your soul. Do this at least twice today and see how by taking a moment away from the hectic pace and breathing in positive energy and affirming what you wish to create, your thinking will become different!
Remember, attitude really does determine altitude.

It's been an odd summer, it's been raining almost every day here. And sometimes not just raining, but pouring, storming even with the accompanying thunder and lightening show in the sky to go with it. Now I'm a light lover who loves sun and finds inspiration by the sea. I haven't had a chance to get to the ocean yet this summer and it' s certainly affecting my mood. I thought today would be a good day to focus in how we can find sources of inspiration from within.
Use Today's Words of Inspiration as a breathing meditation to still your mind, quiet your thoughts and bring in positive energy. As you inhale bring in only positive energy by saying in your mind, I breathe in positive energy (or you can say creative energy if that is what you wish to create more of) and as you exhale, Affirm out loud today 'I find inspiration within myself and it spurs my creativity.
Visualize yourself manifesting something unique, guided by universal forces that emerge spontaneously from within your soul. Do this at least twice today and see how by taking a moment away from the hectic pace and breathing in positive energy and affirming what you wish to create, your thinking will become different!
Remember, attitude really does determine altitude.

Clear out your emotional closet today by letting the past go. If you can let go and allow the Universe to guide you, your decisions should eventually lead to the best outcome possible. Let go of resentment and judgment, in order to receive your blessings.
Today, take one small but powerful step toward the life you wish to have.
Create the life you wish to have with not only positive thought, but with highly focused affirmative action!
Do this breathing meditation at least twice today and see how by taking a moment away from the hectic pace and breathing in positive energy and affirming what you wish to create, your thinking will become different!
