I saw this on Divine Dolphin's Facebook Page and I just had to reach out to the author to share it here, this is the most beautiful reminder of the importance of remaining in the now and claiming energies that serve a higher purpose in our lives and releasing energies that don't. Today's Challenge: Remain in the now. Sometimes trying to have it all means you are making lists in your head instead of enjoying lunch or dinner, scrolling through your to do list mentally during your commute home. Be in the NOW today. Just for today try being in the moment.

Today's Breathing Affirmation: Close your eyes, take a deep, slow breath in through your nose, and affirm "I Am Here. Now."
