When is the last time your Dad (or your honey) had an underwear drawer makeover? or you for that matter? Does he have a drawer full of un-mentionables that are just plain .... well un-mentionable?
I recently received the opportunity to make over my underwear drawer and just had to share the results with all of you! A Big Box o' Love arrived and there is much to share!
I'm happy to say that I've been a long time user of Jockey underwear. Yes, Ladies, there is such a thing as Jockey for HER. It's not just for the boys! I was introduced to Jockey at JCPenney YEARS ago, I saw some women practically slugging it out by the underwear display which piqued my curiosity. I thought 'What underwear was worth fighting about?' I noticed an older woman already on the checkout line who seemed approachable, with tons of the jockey for her in the same style called the 'elance' style in her arms in a bunch of different colors and I asked her about them, and she RAVED about Jockey, about how comfortable and durable they are, and we also discussed the whole 'wedgie - do they, or don't they?' thing, she said they don't. Between her candid testimonial and the brawl I witnessed at the display, I was SOLD! So I made my way to the display and staked my claim. This was just about TEN years ago and I've been using them FAITHFULLY ever since! I find them to be the most durable, comfortable and 'non-wedgie' inducing underwear out there. Don't you hate underwear that mysteriously come out the wash with rips and tears?
Aside from wedgies, the second most annoying thing that underwear can do is give us unsightly panty lines under certain favorite outfits. There were quite a few pleasant surprises from Jockey and among them the activewear! I've been mentioning for awhile now that I want to increase my activity level and embrace a healthier lifestyle, well now, I have the perfect activewear to make these changes in.
Don't you love this color? It's called South China Sea, and it's all just as comfortable as it looks! I get compliments every time I wear it! I find myself reaching for the matching high neck tank and bootleg pant each work-out!
Aside from having no idea they had such amazing yoga/workout/active-wear, I also had no idea that Jockey made hosiery. And they run in very generous sizes! Any hosiery that can survive my dangerous, jagged, 'edward scissorhand' nails is tops in my book!
And yes, I do remember how we started, it was with DAD, one my favorite Jockey for HIM items is the '5 Star V-neck T-shirt'. I do love stealing these to sleep in! But if you are giving these as one of his gifts, resist the urge to nabe one for yourself.
Some new jockey for him styles that he would appreciate are: the Sport Performance Athletic Midway (they are popular with law enforcement officers as well as fitness buffs), it also has a matching Muscle T, new bermuda & surf swim short styles, and I am also hearing good things about the 'GO Stretch Classic Trunk', particularly that they don't ride up. Guys hate wedgies too you know! So whether he's sporty, conservative, or a fitness enthusiast, there is a Jockey style for him! (and don't forget they have sleepwear!)

Are you getting the dreaded 'Your Entry Can't Be Processed' message when leaving an entry or comment? Before hitting enter, highlight your comment and COPY it. If you get that message after hitting enter and your comment is still there, just ignore the message and hit enter again, then you will get a screen with a captcha code, enter the captcha code, then submit and VOILA. If after you hit the submit button the first time, you get the dreaded message and the comment 'disappeared' no worries, that's why I asked you to copy it in the first step.
